This privacy policy is approved by the owner of the Land Of Clans, hereafter “LoC”, which is a play-to-earn browser ready strategy game, located at https://play.landofclans.io

The owner of LoC is hereinafter referred to as “we” and any individual end user of LoC is referred to as “you”. The privacy policy applies to your personal and other data, whether confidential or not, which may be collected from you in connection with or as a result of your access to or use of LoC. This privacy policy may be updated by us from time to time. 1. Data Collected. Primarily we may collect the information about LoC functioning, game progress and results. We may also collect the information you provide to us and/or other users through the all channels at Land Of Clans server at https://discord.gg/PGd9raT4Ke and Telegram https://t.me/landofclans_en or through other technical means and channels, such as in-LoC chat rooms or forums, and the number of your cloud WAX-wallet account, Telegram account details, or Facebook account details which are automatically transferred when you connect usine one of these methods to the game. We may also collect the WAX-balance of your account when you login to LoC. We also collect the details on your in-game assets in your LoC deposit. We collect any information related to illegal or improper use of or interference in LoC in breach of its terms of use, established rules and procedures.We may also collect through cookies or similar technologies your IP address and mobile device identifiers, data about your device, such as device name and operating system, browser type and language, general location data, data about your use of LoC.

2. Purposes of Data Collection. We collect data to make LoC properly function and ensure normal games without any fraud or willful misbehavior, to operate, maintain, control and update LoC, verify and confirm payments, and provide in-game assets, as well as to communicate with you, to protect our rights and lawful interests and the rights and interests of other players, and we collect data for our marketing, advertising and analytics purposes. We may collect such data as a player progress and in-game balance information to post leaderboards in our social media channels.

3. Processing the Data. Unless the applicable law expressly provides otherwise, any anonymous data, including personal data rendered anonymous that the data subject is no longer identifiable, belongs to us, and we may freely process such data by any means or methods. 7. Miscellaneous. We may collect and process your data during the whole time period justified by the purposes of its collection but this time period shall not exceed two (2) years after deactivation of your LoC account for any reason. The applicable laws shall be the laws of the country where your data is physically located.
